Families of young people with disabilities can get expert advice on moving into adult services at free sessions run by Diverse Abilities. The drop-ins take place in March and June at The Treehouse in Christchurch, bringing together the NHS, BCP Council and local charities to help reduce anxiety and guide families through the transition.. A fun Easter Egg Bingo Night is being held in Bournemouth this March to support local mental health charity Plants and Minds. The fundraiser takes place at Kinson Conservative Club, with bingo, Easter prizes and a fish and chips supper, raising money for therapeutic gardening projects helping adults improve wellbeing. The charity Cherry Tree Nursery in Bournemouth and Chestnut Nursery in Poole, where people referred for horticultural therapy take part in structured gardening activities..
