NB for broadcast – Dorset Mind invites walkers to take on coastal challenge supporting mental health services across the county

The Dorset Mind Big Walk is taking place on Sunday the twenty-seventh of September, and walkers are invited to take part and help raise money. Starting at Sandbanks at half past eight in the morning, walkers can choose a five-kilometre wellbeing route or a thirty-kilometre coastal challenge. The event is inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give.. You can see more about this, and add your own notice, at bournemouth one dot com.
