BCP Council is recruiting a Team Manager to lead its Adult Social Care Hub Outreach Team, supporting adults with care and support needs across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
The successful applicant will manage a team of social care professionals, oversee assessments and care planning, support safeguarding work, ensure high quality services are delivered and work closely with health and community partners to improve outcomes for residents.
